7.1.3.3. Language Check
i. The language used in a digital platform must be free from any
spelling or grammatical error and must not include Hinglish.
Further, there must be uniformity across the site in using only
British English.
ii. Language tools must be used to check the content of the digital
platform for any spelling or grammatical error.
iii. Abbreviations/acronyms not in common use should be avoided. The
expanded form must always precede or follow the first use of any
abbreviation in a webpage.
Additionally, there are some best practices that should be followed to
enhance the content on the digital platforms:
i. Accessible PDF: All the documents, presentations, and brochures
must be uploaded as accessible PDFs, and no editable file format
must be used.
ii. Hyperlinks: External links and website links provided must be
secure (HTTPS), clearly identifiable, and periodically validated.
