recommendations in information architecture is crucial.
i. 3-Level navigation: Content discovery should be simplified with
three-tiered navigation, guiding users from main categories to
subcategories and specific content pages efficiently.
ii. Relatable & concise nomenclature: Clear, relatable, and concise
terms should be used to enhance navigation efficiency and user
comprehension.
iii. User-workflow-oriented navigation: Navigation pathways should
