Harsh shadows and overexposure should be avoided by considering the time of day and light direction.6.2.3. ColoursColour and contrast should be balanced, and white balance settings should be adjusted in the images. Contrast may be enhanced to make the images more vibrant, but care must be taken not to overdo it.6.2.4. Focus and sharpness The subject should be in sharp focus using auto-focus or manual focus depending on the situation. Attention should be paid to the depth of field to control what is in focus and what is blurred.
