5.4.1. Header 1 - Central Ministries and Departments

This header option must be used by all central Ministries and
departments on their websites/applications. It captures logo lockup 2
along with a search bar, space for a co-branding logo, user controls
(skip to main content, language selection, accessibility controls), and a
global navigation menu, as illustrated in Figure 29.

5.4.2. Header 2 - Government Organizations other than Ministries and
Departments (allowed to use the State Emblem)

This header option must be used by all other government organizations
that are allowed to use the State Emblem in their websites/applications.
It captures the Logo Lockup 3A along with a highlighted search bar,
space for logos on marquee events, initiatives, etc., user controls (skip
to main content, language selection, accessibility controls), a global
navigation menu, and a profile icon for login/register, as illustrated in
Figure 30.
