                   A. Ministry/Department Website

This section focuses on the application of the elements that are defined
in the DBIM for the specific use case of a Ministry/Department website.
This is detailed out with a focus on placing user experience at the heart
                               of the design.

The key principles that define the design of the Ministry/Department
                               website are:

                               i. 3-click approach: Streamlines navigation through an optimized

information architecture enabling users to reach desired content,
information, services, etc., in a maximum of three clicks.

ii. Responsiveness: ensures an optimal user experience across
devices by adapting seamlessly to various screen sizes

iii. Enhanced search: Employs enhanced search functionality that
returns relevant results for all the content across the website.

To ensure harmonization across the digital footprint, it is mandatory
for all Ministries/Departments to create and maintain their own
website and social media handles across X (previously Twitter),
                               Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
